Additional Terms and Conditions Services: We reserve the right to add or delete services and amenities as reasonably warranted. This includes adjustments to opening hours/availability. Athletes may have input into their activities, however Coaches will ultimately determine the athlete’s programming direction and duration. Membership on hold: if you need to pause your membership for travel or injury, the club affiliation fee continues to be deducted but you can pause coaching weekly payments for the period of travel or injury if you cannot train at HWC at all. For travel/medical hold on coaching payments, we require proof of travel or letter from a medical practitioner that you cannot train at all. The coaches at HWC are experienced and equipped to help athletes with recovery from injury and generally expect an athlete to continue training on an appropriately modified program. Waiver and release: During all such times that you are on HWC premises your property and your person shall be at your own risk and you will not hold HWC or its coaches liable for any personal injury or loss of property whether caused by the negligence of HWC, its servants or agents. You hereby indemnify and shall keep indemnified HWC from any liability for all actions, suits, claims, accounts and demand for any personal injury or loss of property arising or in any way connected with your use of our facilities (in such claims) including any such claims caused or contributed to by the negligence of HWC, its servants or agents. Death or Disability of Buyer: If you die or you become disabled in such a way that you are unable to use the facilities you or your legal representative may rescind this agreement. Surcharge/Penalties: Users will be charged an additional 1.54%+$0.33 per transaction and a one-time load fee of $2.20. Ezypay will charge penalties for failed transactions directly. By clicking agree, I acknowledge that I have read and understood all associated documents pertaining to membership and coaching at the Hawthorn Weightlifting Club and hereby give permission for my billing details to be input into the Ezypay system for the sole purpose of coaching remittance.
